How do I place an order?
To place an order:

1. Browse products and click on the one you want
2. Click "Order Now"
3. Fill in your details (name, phone, address)
4. Submit the order
5. You'll be redirected to WhatsApp to confirm with the seller
How do I contact a seller?
You can contact sellers directly through WhatsApp. After placing an order, you'll be automatically redirected to WhatsApp with the seller's contact. You can also find seller contact information on their profile page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting the seller directly via WhatsApp. Please cancel as soon as possible, preferably before the seller has processed or shipped your order. Some sellers may have cancellation policies, so it's best to discuss this directly with them.
What payment methods are accepted?
Air Store supports various payment methods, but these are arranged directly with the seller. Common payment methods include:

• Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (varies by seller)
• Direct payment to seller's account

Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed with the seller via WhatsApp.

Selling Questions

How do I become a seller?
To become a seller:

1. Click "Sell" or "Register as Seller"
2. Fill out the registration form
3. Verify your email address
4. Complete your seller profile
5. Start adding products!

Registration is free for all Zambian businesses.
How do I add products to sell?
Once registered as a seller:

1. Log into your seller dashboard
2. Click "Add New Product"
3. Fill in product details (name, description, price, category)
4. Upload product images
5. Set your WhatsApp number for order notifications
6. Publish your product
How do I receive orders?
When a customer places an order for your product:

1. You'll receive an automatic WhatsApp notification with all order details
2. The customer will also contact you via WhatsApp
3. You can confirm the order and discuss payment/shipping directly with the customer
4. All orders are also saved in your seller dashboard for tracking
Are there any fees for sellers?
Currently, Air Store is free for all sellers in Zambia. There are no:

• Registration fees
• Monthly subscription fees
• Commission fees on sales
• Listing fees for products

We may introduce premium features in the future, but basic selling will always remain free.

Account Questions

How do I create an account?
To create a buyer account:

1. Click "Login" in the top right
2. Select "Create Account"
3. Enter your email and create a password
4. Verify your email address
5. Complete your profile

For seller accounts, use the "Sell" button to register as a business.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a password reset link
5. Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can change your email address:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to "Account Settings"
3. Click "Edit Profile"
4. Update your email address
5. Verify the new email address

For sellers, your business email can be updated in the seller dashboard.
